RiverStone Health's mission is to improve life, health, and safety.  We are in the business of connections- connecting people to programs and services so that they may lead a better life.

The Billings Track Office is coordinated by the Eastern Montana AHEC and serves third year WWAMI medical students who would like to complete all or most of their clerkship requirements in Montana. All six required rotations are offered in Billings: Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery, Psychiatry, Family Medicine, and OB/GYN.

Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) is an organization that works to expose both high school and college students to medicine, as well as involve them in their community. HOSA gives students an opportunity to hone their passions in health careers while they are in school.  In Montana, HOSA encourages students to serve their communities both now and in the future to improve the quality of healthcare in Montana. Because of the rural nature of the Montana healthcare system, HOSA works closely with the statewide AHEC system(Area Health Education Center) to accomplish its mission.

The members of the Montana Healthcare Assocation provide the full spectrum of health care services, including hospital inpatient and outpatient, long-term care, home health, hospice, physician, assisted living, senior housing and insurance services.  Every acute care hospital in the state is a member, ranging from the smallest Critical Access Hospitals that provide primary care services in Montana's rural communities to the largest tertiary care hospitals in the state.

The Montana Primary Care Association (MPCA) is a non-profit organization of ambulatory health care providers whose primary purpose is to serve Montana's medically unserved and underserved residents without financial or other discrimination.

The Primary Care Office (PCO) is part of the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services and is funded by the Bureau of Primary Health Care, Public Health Service of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The PCO works collaboratively with the Primary Care Association, Bureau of Primary Health Care of the Region VIII Public Health Service in Denver, CO, and other entities to increase access to primary and preventative health care and to improve the health status of underserved and vulnerable populations.

The National Health Service Corps (NHSC) is committed to improving the health of the conuntry's underserved by uniting communities in need with caring health professionals and by supporting communities' efforts to build better systems of care.

The Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE) and its 15 member states work to improve access to higher education and ensure student success. Our student exchange programs, regional initiatives, and our research and policy work allow us to assist students, policymakers, educators, and institutional, business and community leaders throughout the West and beyond.
